By downloading or using wakejoy ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use.
Use of the App
wakejoy helps users set intentional sleep windows, lock selected distracting apps overnight, and wake up with a guided alarm flow. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Subscriptions and Purchases
- wakejoy may offer in-app subscriptions or one-time purchases for premium features.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at purchase confirmation.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies.
Feature Availability
Features, interfaces, and included sound or visual assets can change over time. Access to premium features means access to currently available premium functionality, and does not guarantee permanent availability of specific assets.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse-engineer, copy, redistribute, or misuse the app, its design, or bundled content. You also agree not to use the app in any way that violates applicable laws.
Health and Safety Disclaimer
wakejoy is a productivity and wellness support app. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, wakejoy is provided "as is" without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from app use.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the updated terms.
